NONONONONONONONONO go to state line west virginia line va line same shit as PA but better prieces and not all the hassel bringing them back with the cop at state lines

ive been to phantom tons of times during the buy one get one events...ive never dealt with cops what so ever.

Where is the closest place in WV? Cops? Oh yeah price doesnt really matter, I just dont want to drive to BFE to get them, the closer the better.
