DISCLAIMER - I did do a search before posting this, but most shops mentioned in previous threads have moved, or shut down.


Where in Hampton Roads have yall had the best experiance with getting your bottle filled?

- Cost per lb
- Any complaints on bottles not being all the way filled

I know of a handful of shops that fill bottles, just wondering what all was out there now, sort of an update since so many new shops are opening it seems.

 

I believe it is called Performance Unlimited. $4 per pound, no complaints. Located in norfolk off of Sewells Point rd.

 

Virginia Speed. I've used both them and performeance unlimited, and will only go back to VA Speed. It is $45 for a 10lb bottle. Performance is $40, but they also tax you on it, so it is only like a $1 cheaper. Car also felt a lot stronger in va speeds nitrous.

 

I used to get the bottle filled at Larry "Spiderman" McBrides shop in Newport News. $4 a gallon, plus he's one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet (besides the current world record holder in drag bikes)

Thats where I go also. His shop is on Jefferson, called Cycle Specialist, cool guy.

 

superior auto in Portsmouth, MAS use to fill nitrous, Steen racing in Norfolk, Perfomance unlimited..

 

I'm sure there's a reason for that, and I'd bet it doesn't have anything to do with the nitrous itself.
