only down side, how bad is the parking? look hott tho... i might be needed a new place in the next month, i got a roomie now who is wanting to move back home if they move im going to be looking.... good luck tho.

 

parking isnt too back. got street parking and four cars can park up on the driveway at night.

Who ever is interested, put down the deposit amount and i will hold the room for you. *amount of days i will hold it for will be by case by case basis* contact me.

The deposit is of $100. And that will be returned 100% when you move out. That is if there isn't any punch holes in my walls, etc....
