That would have to be a hell of diabolical plot for someone in the hood to come up with. Fisrt to find a repeat offender for car breakins, get his id, break into a car, steal nothing, and then plant this guys ID!

A plot like that is stupider than the truth. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

I mean lets get real. This man is 26 yrs old and doesnt even have a drivers liscence, he has an ID! Thats the shit minors carry around.
