Since you spidered the paint you owe for the sanding, prep, and re-paint of the piece damaged even if the person doesn't wish to get the work done; you still owe. It's about $250 to remove and prep and pait a bumper cover.

416.66 divided by 3 is 138.88
I used to pay 365 a month for full coverage for ONE car.
that is 2,190 just for me alone.
But it has gone down a lot. I believe I am paying around 150 a month for full coverage on one car now.

my paint is spidering not the car i hit, the car i hit probaly at most has a 2 mm paint chip in it although i didnt see anything, his bumper did jump out of place but he pushed it back in and it was fine. but damn 250 bucks to fix my own rear bumper, that kinda sucks.
