Last I checked, you need to be very careful about sr20's when you buy them, seeing as they probably recieved alot of abuse before coming to America. I bought my car with a engine I knew had no issues. And realisticly, when it comes to whatever vs. the dollar, I'll only compare brand new.
Given the comparison of new cars, I'm not saying that SRT-4's aren't a good value.
I'm saying that I'd never buy one because I'd never pay 25k for a neon.
