It was a vacuum leak to the fuel pressure regulator. Basically, what was happening was, the FPR wasn't seeing enough vacuum, hence your super low fuel pressure.

Yeah exactly. I had another car that basically was seeing no vacuum from a tear and it ran. Just got real shitty gas mileage. But whatever, I don't really care to stare at the lines trying to figure out which is which. It did seem a bit cheap for a fuel line I suppose.
