Default EF B16 swap

Hey new member here and I just bought a 1990 Civic DX HB. I would like to get an idea of what would be a good price for a B16a OBD0 install?
What would be a good price if I were to supply all that's needed and what's the price if the shop/person were to supply all the parts?

Thanks.
