i was coming home from tncc going down 134 doing about 80 then slowed down because i was just messing around but then the light turned yellow when i was coming up on it i ran it at yellow. then i see the state with lights on behind me so i pulled and wrote me for runnin a red light then my ehaust being to loud said on the ticket defective ehasut which it is not to hole or anything and a minkine put it on then my windshlied was cracked... how and should i fight this court date is in two months

get the windshield fixed, and get a lawyer

 

Fix the window, Fix the exhaust and say your sorry for the light.

 

translation: he was doing 80 in a 55 (why he told us i don't know, maybe we should be impressed). he got pulled for running a red. also got written up for illegal exhaust (installed by meineke or a monkey, not sure) and a cracked windshield.

solution: fix the windshield, put back on the stock exhaust, plead on the mercy of the court for the red light, and stop driving like a dumbass.

 

go get the car inspected. that is what i did and i also had them write a letter saying the car is stock and everything appears to be in working order and did pass inspection. the red light..just say your very sorry. also taking driving school BEFOR you go to court helps alot. i did it for my speeding ticket (68 in a 50) in Dare county N.C. and they dropped it to 1-9 over and just had to pay a fine. dress nice and tell the truth about running the light.

 

Yea if you claim it was yellow when you are under it and you were not an @$$hole then they will most likely drop it.........at least they did with me.

 

no i wasnt and @$$hole about it,it was a state cop and thats the first time i have ever been pulled. but there is no camra at the light as well so ?!?!? and do you think driving school would help me in this case at all

 

It doesnt matter if there was no camera at the light. I just hope that you dont present yourself at court like the way you present your typing.

 

Going back to school and learning to write a complete sentence might help.
