BIKE FIXED

Turns out. When I put the battery back in. I didn't hook power commander ground cable back up. Runs back strong. Will still order new spark plugs. Happy camper over here. :)

Thanks, figured out its a T-20. Gonna pick up from Advanced Auto for $4 for a T20 and T15. Not bad.

As far as my license plate ticket. I called the court today, they said I can write in a letter, copy the ticket and show proof on getting it fixed. They said no gurantee it will work and my fine...

According to him the LEDs aren't dot approved. Don't light up the whole plate. I'll try to get a night time pic. They actually light it up pretty decently. He was just being tough.
