good stuff... would definately have the block checked again.. crack sleeves would be loss of compression/afreeze getting in the oil and this motor did run top notch. smoked but ran good.. well worth the price!!!

they arent cracked, but just lil scratches i guess. kinda looks like a cat stuck its claws in that one sleeve. not bad...but I just dont wanna take to machine shop. My loss for being lazy.
jdmekcivic2eg is the person I bought this motor from. Great seller. He would know how this motor ran, I never had it in a car.

Just FYI, looks like an easy 1mm deep "scratch" which would mean going -atleast- 2.5mm over bro.

Shows what appears to be 1.5mm gouges, that would mean -atleast- 3.5mm over. Granted, their only pictures which doesnt substitute a dial indicator/bore gauge.
I don't imagine a machinest would charge more than $10 to find out just how deep they are, might be worth your money, dunno.
