1999 Cobra part out, ENTIRE CAR

Description:
Like the title says this is a complete part out for a 1999 Ford Mustang Cobra, OEM red in color still complete. Reason being for part out is nasty rod knock in motor. then it has sat since April. Last time tried to start the starter just sounded like the motor wont turn over. This is my girlfriends car, since then she has purchased a replacement vehicle.
the good:
interior: solid 8/10, black leather interior
tranny is good
diff is good
axels are good
steeda side exhaust
steeda tri-axe short shifter
prochamber pipe
NO-CATS in the exhaust system
stock wheels with or without tires
and another set of stock wheels, oddly enough with ford escape tires on them...she let her friend borrow them for a little bit for her suv, looked mad-tite-yo
headlights are clear, not yeller
clean and clear tail lights
dent free rear bumper
whole passenger side good
drivers side from door forward is clean and smooth
the bad:
rod knock? seized engine? no holes in block though, unknown reason why it died, cut off on interstate @60mph... assuming a failed oil pump
dent on drivers side rear 1/4 panel, ~size of small child or midget..quoted 1700 to fix and paint at freedom ford.
if you want pictures ill send some to your phone, or ill post some on here when i'm not feeling so lazy.
keep in mind this is my ol ladies car, don't ask me if the 99 cobra wheels will fit on your 1994 four banger mustang...ill have no effin clue.
