xbox 360 red ring repair kit

basically i have a red ring of death, im looking for someone how has the repair kit or someone willing to help me fix my 360 for a cheap price
i know someone has the silver compound kit
my 360 only has one red light

I hate to say it, but you don't have the "Red Ring Of Death", you unfortunately have the "E74 Error."
The RRoD (with 3 lights, caused by the heatsink disconnecting with the processor) is easily fixable, while the E74 (with 1 light, caused by a faulty video card I believe) is much more difficult, and I haven't yet heard of anyone fixing that other than Microsoft.
I'm not saying it's impossible, but if someone does offer a fix, test it out completely before you pay them.
I would just reccommend sending it off to Microsoft to replace, as they will do it for absolutely free, as long as your console is still under their manufacturer's warranty.
