Long story short, mom dukes had a droid that broke and somehow the insurance didn't carry over from when she got it upgraded. She got the insurance issue fixed, but they're still dicking her out of making a claim on it - if anyone has the old droid and is trying to get rid of their used one, send me a PM please.
