First WoW Account is a 80 Orc Death Knight. He has 5 man Heroic Tanking gear. Also full Hero's equivalent gear for PvE.

No. There is no other toons on the account.
You can armory
Potters on Lightbringer (Druid)
Wallis on Ursin (Death Knight)
on the druid, i have the WG leveling gear that can be used if you wish to level another toon.
