Tomberlin Crossfire 150R Rail Buggy MODIFIED
Name: Mark
Location: Williamsburg
Means of contact: PM
Price: $2000
Description:
http://charlottesville.craigslist.or...691339538.html
Up for sale is my 2009 Tomberlin Crossfire 150R. I bought this from the original owner with very low hours. He was in the Navy and because of this it never got ridden. This has a 150cc GY6 Honda clone powerplant with a CVT automatic transmission WITH REVERSE! I bought this not running and with 4 flat tires. I got it running and put some serious work into it. Here's a list of what it's had done withing the past 6 hours of run time:
-Cleaned carburetor
-Changed oil
-New NGK spark plug
-New accel high performance spark plug wire
-Installed gel cell motorcycle battery
-New fuel line
-Cleaned fuel system with seafoam
-Rebuilt clutch and variator
-Installed BRAND NEW Dunlop rear tires (22x10-10)
-Installed LIKE NEW Dunlop front tires (23x7-12)
-Installed Honda 12" 4x110 ATV front rims
-Painted stock 4x137 10" rear wheels (single stage flat black done at reputable car dealership)
-Installed ammo can toolbox
-Installed BRAND NEW Hella 500 driving lights
This thing is a blast to drive and NEEDS NOTHING. This isn't a non running project. all you need to do is crank the engine and hold on tight. The only thing I would do is repair the seats. they're made of foam and plywood from the factory and the seat bottoms are pretty ratty but you'll never notice it when you're riding it.
This isn't like the other Crossfire's or even worse, the other mini buggies you see for sale on Craigslist. This one runs great and had a lot of work put into it. I'm asking $2000. Spring is here! Make it an awesome one with an even better Summer with this badass buggy!
