SONY 40 inch LCD TV for sale or trade (Wallmountable)

I have a Sony 40" LCD - model KDL-40XBR2 for sale or trade. The XBR line is Sony's best, and there are not many tv's made better. This was over $2500 new. This is 1080p and has a few HDMI inputs.
The tv works fine, but there is some distortion in the picture. The bottom half has a dark "band" across it, but the picture is still viewable through it. Best way to explain it is to imagine the closed caption box on the bottom, but you can still watch through it.
I called around and was told it was probably a board inside that needed to be replaced, and one place quoted $130 + labor. I have seen all the boards for this on ebay, and the most $$ one was like $150. I am sure some of you out there are capable of doing this yourself.
I will sell this for $300 or trade for something cool.... PS3, IPhone, Wii, handgun, atv or dirbike (repairs needed are ok), etc.
I drive a GTO so please don't offer honda parts or anything like that - I have no use for them.
I have 4 other tv's so this one needs a new home!
Comes with remote, manual, stand, and all cables.

Attached are some pics of the TV. These were taken from 50 first dates on a sony bluray player with the movie on pause.

Thats the lowest. Where else can you get a sony 40 inch lcd that STILL WORKS for that price ??
