Alright so here's the deal:
My current living situation isn't working out and I'm looking for a room to rent before I decide to just say screw it all and move to Florida. I don't have a ton of stuff, but I have a good bit. I have a large bed set, tv stand/tv, ps3, 360, computer desk with PC and a mini fridge. The rest of my stuff is in storage and will not be moved in unless needed. Unfortunately, at this time I can only afford about $300/month. I know it's not a lot but it's more than nothing. I don't smoke, I don't have many people over if any at all, and I'm not dirty. My job currently has me traveling a lot so half the time I'm not even there. So this is my official "testing the waters" moment before I end up picking up and moving out of VA for good. I'd like to stay in the area because I've made some good friends here, but well, I have to do what I have to do.
