Looking for a roommate - 804
Let's make this clear before we continue. I DO NOT NEED A ROOMMATE, just wish to have one.
Name: Kyle
Live: Live in the West End off West Broad, mile or two from Short Pump mall.
Space: Two bed, two bath, living room, kitchen, dining room.
Rent: $650 a month (includes everything, Verizon Fios internet/TV and all utilities)
YOU:
* Clean
* Do your dishes
* Have a full-time job for at least 6 months
* You can smoke but there is NO SMOKING in the apartment.
Rent is due at the first of the month.
