In mint condition with no missing or broken parts. It mounts up two ways, up to the ceiling studs or wall studs. I currently have it mounted on the wall studs and just extended the vertical mounts to the ceiling. Its adjustable up to 10' high ceilings. My ceilings are only 8 ft high. Its still currently set up so you can swing by and check it out. The side dvd cabinets spin and have adjustable shelves for whatever from dvds to other miscellaneous things. The current flat screen that is mounted on it is a 42" with side speakers. Can mount up to 50" screens.
