I don't normally comment on things people are selling, but in this instance I have to.
I absolutely LOVE historic homes that are "modernized". My goal in a few years is to buy a second home, and old one, and restore it with all modern technology and style inside, but leave the outside looking period correct.

That's awesome Terry... is that your place? A good friend of mine lives in the fan in a Richmond Historical Society home taht was built in 1908ish. He's in the middle of renovating it. The history involved is very neat.

who designed the shcemes/colors...?? oh and i got to ask...what is the deal with the TV just sitting on the floor in one of the bedroom pix?? it looks out of place, that or, you REALLY have a spoiled dog

Yes it is my house and yes I think I have a gay streak in me as I picked everything myself
