H&K USP 9 Compact LEM

Description: Selling a used H&K USP9C with the LEM trigger & Night Sights. I purchased it recently from Bob's in Norfolk and don't really want it. I know what the gun is worth and I'm not going to throw it away for a stupid amount. It comes with (1) Thirteen round magazine and (2) ten round California mags and the case. Nothing else was given to me with the gun, so I can't give you anything else. The gun is in excellent shape. Unknown round count.
CONDITIONS FOR SALE:
Read before contacting me. If you can't meet any of these, don't contact me. Nothing is negotiable.
I will only meet within 45 minutes of 23436.
You must be 21 AND possess a CCW in VA or any State with VA reciprocity. Firefighters, EMT, Military excluded from this (need ID proof and 18+)
You must be willing to sign a bill of sale.
If you seem like anything other than a fine, upstanding citizen, I reserve the right to refuse a sale.
No trades, cash only.
Sale will be conducted in a public place during the day. I'm not coming to your house and you're not coming to mine.
You have ONE chance to schedule and meet me to buy the gun. If you miss it or blow it off last minute, I won't deal with you again and the gun will be back up for sale.

Allow me to reiterate...I'll trade you for $700 cash. That's it. You give me the cash, I give you the gun. I don't want anything else. The gun is replaced and I'm sorry for any miscommunication.
