Talking gaming computer

up for sale is my gaming pc, i personally built and overclocked the computer myself july of last year, that being said the computer isnt even a year old. i did a 5 hr stress test on the cpu when i first built it and the overclock remained stable and didnt even come close to overheating. it can handle any game you throw at it and gets better framerates than my friends i7 rig running crysis at max settings. upon purchase ill install a fresh copy of windows 7(32 or 64 bit whichever you choose), and some benchmark programs. the graphics card might run hot if you dont manually control it so i will also install a fan management program so you can manually control it with instructions on how to use it(its really simple) so it doesnt overheat, it has a factory overclock but ive read it can be pushed further, if you wish to do so on your own(it kills just fine the way it is though), i really hate to have to get rid of my computer but unfortunately ive got school bills to pay....

-only con to the system is that the cpu fan is sorta loud(after a little while you get used to it...or you could just leave the pc off when not in use)

here are the specs:
-ASRock A780GXE AM2+ motherboard
-AMD Phenom II X3 720 black edition processor (2.8GHz x3 socket AM3) overclocked to 3.5GHz
-Zalman CNPS 9700 NT 110mm 2 ball CPU cooler(green LED Nvidia edition)
-OCZ Platinum 4GB ram (2 x 2GB 240-pin DDR2 1066)
-Western Digital Caviar Blue 320gig hard drive (7200rpm sata3 16mb cache)
-XFX GeForce GTX 260 black edition video card (896MB 448-bit GDDR3 PCI express 2.0 x16 HDCP ready SLI supported)
-Kingwin 730W (SLI/CrossFire ready activePFC) power supply
-Samsung dvd burner w/ lightscribe
-Raidmax smilodon black atx tower
-all 80mm and 120mm case fan slots filled and replaced with apevia LED fans (total of 5 fans on case)
