As far as I know, after doing a bit of research, the SPAS 12 is illegal in the US. Good luck. But nice selection you have here, BUMP.

Ok bud, calm it down. Everything I can find, including the Virginia State Law bans the use and ownership of the SPAS 12, and any similar shotgun with folding stock, because of its "lack of sporting use, and is listed as a military-only weapon. Just trying to help you out man.

The SPAS-12 is no longer imported due to "lack of sporting use," however it was sold for many years and there are plenty for sale on the open market.The only VA law I'm aware of regarding folding stock shotguns restricts possession of semi-automatics with a drum holding 12 or more rounds.
