EF 70-200 f/2.8L PRICE DROP
Name: Richard
Location: Hampton
Means of contact:PM
Price: NOW $920 WHILE NOT ACTUALLY SOLD, THIS IS AT THE VERY LEAST TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE UNTIL I MEET THE NEW SOON-TO-BE OWNER IN FLORIDA LATER THIS MONTH
Description: Previously had damaged filter threads. Now is repaired.
I've got one last piece of camera equipment to sell. It's a Canon 70-200 2.8L non-IS.
Pictures: http://davidson.smugmug.com/Other/70...7317819_RJ8cPf
The hood has some wear but nothing too bad. The lens is in pretty much perfect condition, the exceptions being the scratch you see in that photo and another much smaller scratch in the body of it not seen in that photo. Other than that, I'd say it's as good as you'll get with a UV date code (2007).
The only trade I would consider would involve an X-Pro1 or possibly a car lift.
Includes case, hood, box, and papers.

I really hope that guy on CL who asked me to hold it until his payday, then disappeared, dies in a fire. I had 3 people wanting to buy it while I held it for him, now no bites

Re: EF 70-200 f/2.8L
Bump for the final few days before I fix it and jack the price up to meet the normal market price for these. I know I'd buy it pre-fixed if it were me, because I pretty much never use a filter on a telephoto.
