Description:

A *COMPLETE* 16" Palmetto State upper receiver. Yes, it will come with a Bravo Company charge handle, and Palmetto's Premium full auto BCG. It has the Troy Alpha rail and a Yankee Hill flash hider installed. Round count is unknown, would estimate around 1,500. It has only ever seen XM193 and 855 5.56, and shoots very, very well. Please understand this was actually used and does have your typical scratches, absolutely nothing major.
