Built AR-15 S&W 5.56 Lower Paired with DPMS Upper motivated to sll

-I am selling a rifle I built about 7 months ago. gun
The Lower is a Smith & Wesson model: M&P-15 and has the DPMS parts kit.
-The Upper is a DPMS 5.56 1-9 twist 16'' A3. It has the accessory rail and fixed front sight. I have a carry handle on it.
-The Stock is also DPMS.
-The rifle comes with one 30rd PMAG magazine and ill throw in a magpul grip I have on another lower.
-I am asking $675 for the rifle. Sight is not included.
I am selling the trijicon ta44-5 scope separate for $700. If you want both together I will sell it for $1400.

Let me throw this out there... Dont low ball me this rifle appraised for more than 800.
