I have a brand new just assembled Colt M4 Upper Receiver heavy barrell 16.5 inch 5.56mm. Still has the packing grease on it. Price is obo. Colts are not cheap i added the link at the bottom.

is this a nfa upper? total barrel length including flash hider less than 16" means it could not be put on a lower unless the lower has been registered as a short barrel rifle, 200.00 tax paid, and tax stamp received from the atf.
