BNIB Thule Echelon Fork Mount Bike Carrier

Description: Selling my BNIB Thule Echelon. Purchased it from Conte's, opened it up, then decided I didn't want to go through the hassle of ordering the x-adapt kit and losing stability (i have Thule AeroBlades). So...i ordered RockyMounts. This has not been installed, has not been out of the box for longer than 30 seconds, all the parts are in it.
