BestBuy Gift Card for Cash ($220.00 value)
So, I have a gift card where I bought Windows 7 Upgrade... then ended up taking it back after opening. Resulting in a gift card with a balance of 220.00 bucks. It's unscratched and unused (online or in the store) until it's scratched.
For buyers (and mine) protection, we can meet at BestBuy and have the balanced check at Customer Service.
