Just wondering.....but a new one is $99. Why would this one be $125 obo...?... Was there some changes or something? Serious question

99formula covered your question pretty well. The one I am selling has hard drive and can be hacked if you choose. These units sell on eBay for around $120 or so, unhacked, so I was hoping to move it here for a little less than that so I don't have to deal with eGay.
