Nice, I've got an 01 Phantom Nemesis chassis I've fitted a 4 stroke inline twin to. The shifter kart motor conversion is expensive to get into but if 65 isn't enough for you a CR125 or CR250 can set you in the 40-60hp range (capable of 100+ if geared correctly). but I assure you 65 on a kart is thrilling to say the least, terrifying to most.
the stock 6.5hp motors with generic clutches can do 35 for any one who is curious.
