56" Samsung 1080p DLP HDTV in perfect shape
Name: Jon
Location: Roanoke
Means of contact: PM
Price: $650 obo
Description:
This HDTV is in absolutely perfect shape. No dings, scratches, or anything. It works flawlessly and includes manuals, remote, and everything you would get if you bought it new. Purchased it and an extended warranty for over $2200. Only reason for selling it is we are rearranging our living room and needing a TV to mount and fit over our mantel. We will miss the size and picture of this TV!
Description:
Samsung's best-performing big-screens use a 1080p image chip that raises DLP™ (Digital Light Processing) display technology to a higher level. You don't have to be an engineer to understand why TV pictures with 1080p resolution offer so much more detail, depth and clarity compared to 720p models. A 720p display has about one million pixels while 1080p has over two million, for images that look strikingly natural and real. 1080p is also a pixel-perfect match for 1080i HDTV programs and the new high-definition HD DVD and Blu-ray Disc™ players.
The HL-S5687W's innovative "dynamic iris" delivers superior black level, shadow detail, and overall contrast. The motorized lens iris is controlled by a circuit that continuously samples the brightness level of the video signal. The iris opens and closes instantly, controlling the light output with split-second precision to optimize contrast scene by scene. BrilliantColor™ video processing ensures colors that are both more accurate and more intense than ever before.
The HL-S5687W has plenty of inputs to handle your current and future audio/video gear. There are two HD-compatible component video inputs, and two HDMI inputs -- and for future-readiness, all accept signals up to 1080p. The standard PC input lets this set double as a big, hi-res computer monitor. Whether you're interested in HDTV programs, DVD movies, video games, or all of the above, you can count on the HL-S5687W for eye-popping entertainment.
Details:
56" widescreen HDTV (16:9 aspect ratio)

Re: 56" Samsung 1080p DLP HDTV in perfect shape
OBO! send me an offer.... might be surprised about what I'll accept because I have a new TV picked out already, so sort of itching to let this go beforehand.
