Ummm... 60GB has all of that, except for the smaller size. It also has built-in memory card reader, Linux support, PS2 backwards compatibility, 4-usb ports, and has been known to be the most dependable out of the entire lineup.
60GB > any other PS3 on the planet
Well worth the price the OP is asking.
