1 Week old 60'' sharp lcd model LC60E79U

Description:Just bought the tv a week ago. The tv is brand new only has a few hours on it. i bought the tv without my girl knowing and when she came home she was pissed so now i would like to sell it and make back some of my money.

That's bullshit. The store closing still is a BEST BUY location, it gave you a receipt; and even with a discounted price; another store WILL be required to take in the return. You can buy and return at any best buy, regardless of open box, etc. As long as the return meets the guidelines, you are good.
Now if you don't have a receipt, that's just fishy all together considering you JUST bought it.

and the best buy's that are closing aren't discounting their tv's and big ticket items to huge markdowns; rather just moving them to other stores. Only smaller stuff is really being discounted, and only to like 20% at that.

Even if you don`t have a receipt they can source it via the card you used to pay with and get them to print out a new copy for your return. I know because I bought a monitor for the wifes comp at the best buy that closed on laburnum, come to find out she had went and bought one the same day "failure to communicate". I returned it to the ashland location for full refund of purchased amount. If they give you any lip about discontinued (which should only matter for exchange) then just shit a brick, get loud and cause a big ol scene...works every time.
