-I am the original owner, i bought this brand new in Jan. and its been protected by norton anti virus since. I havn't run into any problems aesthetically or performance wise. Ran all my programs smoothly (photoshop, steam/cs:s, itunes ect..)
-It will be restored to factory image before shipping (meaning it will be as if i never opened it when you turn it on, it will ask you to make an account ect.)
