Wanted: Truck tires and rims!
 

I'm trying to get my Dodge back up and running again, but they're not worth buying new tires.

Both front tires right now are bad on the truck and I'm trying to get them both replaced. If anyone's got 15 inch used street NOT OFFROAD tires that still have good tread left, I'm interested. I just need 2 and they need to match in size. They can be borderline low-profile or big. I believe the current sizes of the bad tires are 265/65.

Whatever tires I put on the truck will become dry-rotted over time because it's going to sit more than being driven on and losing a lot of tread. The tires that just blew were brand new on the truck over 12 years ago. That's not even 10k miles on the tires.

Another option is to look for the 16 inch rims. I'm looking for any matching set of OEM Dodge or cheap aftermarket rims (I'm ok with old school truck rims) but they need to be 5-lug. I dont know what the lug pattern size is, but it's a 76 Dodge RWD truck (I hope someone knows the lug pattern...) I have a set of 16 inch tires laying around that I can put on the truck if I can find four 16 inch rims.

EDIT: I think my lug pattern's 5 x 4.5 inch but I'll verify tomorrow.

You can see that this tire still holds air, just the tread dry-rotted off with age...

ive got a set of 31s...highway tread...on ford wheels...they will fit your dodge...100 bucks for all 4

The tires are a bit much in size and I'd like to have OEM Dodge or aftermarket rims.

I'm looking to keep the truck looking low and street, as it's RWD.

I've got a set of 15's you can have for 75. tread is about 25%. They are just sitting in the garage. . .i'll find a pic...

What City are you in?? I got Two 225-75-15 tires I will sell you for $30 (tires only, no rims). They are in great shape, I am guessing %75 left on them...But I only have two.. I am in VA Beach if interested.

I'm up near the Manassas area, any way you can get them up here? Maybe you're dirving up North in the near future?
