It'll be tight, but yes. They'll have to stay relatively calm and seated. There won't however be enough room for the three of them to lay down, unless they piled on one another..

You could look for an LJ. I'm pretty sure that's why Jeep made them for a few years... for people with dogs and golf clubs...

If you keep stock wheels, a 2" body lift will clear them with a little trimming of the plastic behind the front tires. You can also fit them with a 3" SL.. most likely will have to cut some metal if you stay with the stock backspacing.. if you got with a wider out set wheel, you'll definitely need to cut metal

A 2" BL costs about $80 if you piece it together yourself.. super easy, I've got the whole parts list.. I sold 10 'kits' 2 summers back

For my S.L I was able to buy parts that people were getting rid of them to do SASs.. got the real shackles for like $50 and the UCAs for $150, got longer Bilstein shocks from a guy who only ran em a few thousand miles before getting longer ones for $150 as well..

A new 3" suspension will cost around $1000..
