coils. i have a three inch body lift but the front sags a bit.

if your talking about the ones that go in an open up your springs then ya after a while they weaken the spring . . . but you can get coil spacers that fit above the spring usually to get like 2 or 3 inches of lift . . its just kinda like moving the mounting point down so the truck sits higher . . same ride and all pretty much

I agree. Coil spacers are going to be the best route to take to fix your sag problem without sacrificing ride quality.

hmmm I did have a set of 4 inch lift coils for an f150 at a time . . . lol
