Anyone heard of the Sandflats in Va Beach? If so where are they?

Im think near Sandbridge/Backbay area.

Its off shore drive. Its Closed. Don't even bother going back there, there's no more mud holes. They blocked all the entrances, your average rig isn't going to make it over what they put up to block them. Waste of time in general, because if you do get back there, everything that was fun, is gone. The holes have just filled back in over time with no one going back there for so long, and if cops show up, you aren't getting out quickly because they blocked every entrance pretty well. Last 3 people I've heard that got caught in the last 2 or 3 years, the land owner pressed charges on everyone which included trespassing, destruction of property, and something with messing up wetlands (which is a major no no). That spot was never anything super fun. We just went there cause its 2 mins from my house, but it wasn't much to talk about.

Pics from when the holes were still there, my buddies F250 on 39.5's. This was before anyone cared if you were back there, before idiots went back there and lit cars on fire and acted like complete tools, and got it shut down, just like every other spot.

Thanks for the info, don't plan on going back there. But where is it on shore drive? how long ago did they close it ?

Its had no trespassing signs up for ... shit 6 years or so. They actually went and blocked the entrances off about 3 years ago. You can still walk back there and look at it, but its just a field with a few mud spots, not worth it. Off shore drive near the lesner bridge.

I went back there years and years ago, it doesnt look the same now thats true. Seems like its protected for wildlife thats why the blocked it off....
