When I do tires like 33's or anything at work I usually set them to 35psi. I'm not sure what to set them at for mud but if you go in sand I know you need to let a lot out.

What kind of truck are they on? Look at your max psi on the tire, and depending on how heavy your truck is, back it off a little. I had an older Toyota with same size tires on it you got on yours, and I didn't have to let any air out on the beach...but that was a smaller light truck. i wouldn't go lower than like 12 lbs in sand if you have to air down...and in the mud, you should be fine at what you drive at on the street...but if you wanted to air down to around 20...it wouldn't hurt

i run about 35 also on the street, maybe a little more for trips, and for mud or sand, i bring it down to about 17, and if things get bad down to maybe 12-13. I dont like going lower than that without beadlocks
