are there any tracks or anything within VA or NC that i can do some time trials on? i've got a 300zx that i've been taking off road and timing myself at construction sites and so forth and i just recently have the money and decided to try ot get into it legally. before i start building the car i was gonna see if i had to comply with any rules.
