New car help

Hi all,
I am currently checking out a 95 tacoma with the 4 cylinder in it (22re i think) It is a 5 speed and it has a 3 inch lift and 33" BFG At's on it. My question is, would it be sufficient for towing a boat. The boat is only a 15' sea doo speedster, but I'm skeptical about the power. Any feedback is welcome.
