Default Need some help

The alternator on the 4runner I just bought died. Well I tried to put a new one in but the bracket thats in there is making it hard to make the belt tighten. There's a 305 in it. I just need some help, making a bracket or any new ideas.

did it look just like the one that came off? . . they didn't give ya the wrong one did they . . cuz if it came off should go right back on. . . just a though
