Description: Description: 1991 jeep cherokee xj
4 door, power everything except mirrors, odometer says 414k, however the motor and tranny was swapped about 120k miles ago. It has the 4.0 straight 6 its a bulletproof motor. black oem rims, trim taken off and painted flat black(including fender flares and bumpers). all rust spots fixed (why i painted lower portion). black alpine aftermarket stereo put in, has usb and auxiliary input, sony xplod speakers in front and rear, also if the trade is good, I'll throw in 2 12's and a 615watt power acoustic amp. (hits hard). new valve cover gasket, brakes and rotors, and brake shoes about 1 month ago.THIS JEEP HAS YET TO SEE MUD! its been a family owned vehicle (my aunt and my sis has had it) it is honestly a great jeep i hate to see it go but i want something smaller.

The bad: could use U-joints(universal joints) easy fix for a jeep or you can just get a new driveshaft, however it only clicks once in a blue moon (and i mean once in a blue moon) also, could use a paint job bc up top (hood and roof) has clearcoat peeling off. has one small tear in the drivers side seat as seen in pic, and the jeep is my DD so it could use a bath. also needs a rear main seal, not a bad leak at all.

yea...title is ridiculously misleading.

More accurate title would say "Very high milage all stock XJ with replaced engine"

i was really interested until i saw the pics and seen how much you lied to us. im very disappointed and its still not worth 3k with 400k on the chassi, even with a replaced engine....that was replaced 120k ago. Your looking at a $1500 rig, and ive had a ton of these XJs. not to mention engine was replaced 120k miles ago? ok...how many miles were on engine when it was replaced? is there paper work with the engine to prove milage claims? for all we know you could have swapped in a 200k+ engine and its up to 320K by now.

I.e. my last one cost $1500 as 2nd owner with 170k original and a complete set of maintenance records since day of first purchase.

this thread reaks of delusion. Yet another 2012 member flail.

not to mention 1 thread per vehicle for sale
