They are usually semi-negotiable...but never by more than maybe $1500 or so.

They got me re-interested in a lifted truck after I sold my OBS in September. They had an '05 (the one I talked about driving above) all black, with an 8" lift, AMP steps, 38s, etc that I was thinking about buying (asking $30k) but even after negotiations (down to $28k) I still didn't feel like I was getting a good enough deal to jump on it. It has since been sold and I kinda regret not jumping on it.

There is a nice King Ranch on PowerStroke with a Kelderman 6-8" kit for $32k but I am willing to bet with enough pressure he might get into the $29 range. Decisions, Decisions.
