Well that all depends on what you are doing. Do you just want to be able to mount them?

2.5" = Clears tires, but will rub

4" = Clears tires, will rub under flex

6" = Clears tires, shouldn't rub unless in extreme flex with tires at full lock

Also depends on if your willing to cut the body.

You can do whats called a virtual lift. Small amount of lift with trimming / cutting the body.

Also like JStab said, it depends on what the truck will be used for.

Hahaha! Seems to be huh!

Hahaa I think because if I had it to do all over again on certain vehicles I could have saved a dollar or two. And when I say cut, I don't mean hack it to pieces.

Also, its just fun! Once you get to cutting.... Its hard to stop! :D

Re: Bronco 35s

if you just wanna clear them i would go with a 3in lift, its easy and very popular so easy to find in either body or suspension. it also depends on what your going to be doing with it. if your just going for the look then 3in. if your going to be ridding trails and doing some rock climbing then i would deff go with a 6in for the safety aspects (its a lot easier to rub and bottom out than you think) if your gunna be in the mud then you could get away with the 3in but it would be a good idea to go 4+ b/c you never know whats in the bottom of some pits if they arent maintained properly, i had to learn the hard way when some1 decided to throw in random large rocks and an assortment of 2x4's thank god for steel skid plates! i hope that helps you a little
