6" Lift 04-08 f150 Installation - n00b Question - Norfolk
 

So I've read through the list of shops in the area and have gotten a quotes from some of them. It seems like the standard installation cost is $750 ... not including an alignment, etc. etc.

I'm specifically looking to go w/ the Zone Offroad 6" lift on my '04 f150 FX4.

Is it safe to say that $750 is the standard for install? Anyone know of shops (or individuals) that will do its cheaper than this?

If you want to drive up to Richmond, I'll put the lift on for $500, not including an alignment. :p

Spend some time looking through the directions, as well as time underneath your truck staring/identifying parts, try to find some write-ups on some F150 forums and google any questions you have. Then, save the money and do it yourself. You'll gain a lot of knowledge about the truck and make it easier on yourself when issues start to pop up (and yes they will, every truck has problems after it is lifted)
