Not in Richmond. West Broad brought me under cooked wings... twice..... bloody, Mech'ville has shitty service and they over cook everything to the point it's dry, Cary St. staff sucks massive ding-a-ling and the crowd feels like you walked into the ritziest fucking place on earth.
Hooters on West Broad and the one in williamsburg never disappoints. But maybe thats because I'm guaranteed a decent looking waitress and wings are always cooked right.
Def open to a new local though.

Love love LOVE driving my loud truck through the VCU area..
