I've used California Tint in Tysons Corner twice, with good results. 5Dr hatch, everything but windshield, Suntek CXP for $330. That was in 2011, and still going strong.
Another 5Dr hatch with windshield, $400. 2013, still going strong.

Blockstar in Springfield VA did my tint. Can't remember what I paid but their pricing is relatively competitive.

GA tint did my sedan for 125 and labeled it 35% and its actually 20%. The one time I was ive been pulled over I just showed them the window sticker. Sucks not having power windows lol.

Action Auto Tint in Fredericksburg, paid $265 ( pre-military discount ) for the premium tint.

Tint FX in Fairfax near Ted Britt Ford. IIRC it was around $230.
